The Associate executes and improves on the day-to-day operations in Funds Transfer Pricing, Capital Planning, and Profitability Management. The incumbent provides support for complex analysis and projects.
Manages and analyzes funds transfer pricing and profitability on behalf of the company. Formulates and updates policies and guidelines on the planning and management of the company's monetary resources. Ensures optimization of income and profitability.

• Day-to-day execution of analyzing, reporting, and mitigating a component of Funds Transfer Pricing, Capital & Profitability Management Processes.
  
• Validate the accuracy of internal reporting of financial and operational data.
  
• Perform variance and forecasting analysis of key financial data.
  
• Ensure adherence to established standards and risk limits.

  Qualifications:
  
  • 
    
  • Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Math, Statistics, or a Quantitative field.
    
  • 5+ years in Banking/Financial Industry.
    
  • Ability to convey a sense of urgency and drive.
    
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in interacting with internal stakeholders.
    
  • Strong interpersonal skills required.
    
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
    
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to research, organize, and analyze financial data.
    
  • Advanced skills in QRM, SQL, MS Excel, Tableau, and VBA.

    Base Pay Range:
    Minimum: $78,750.00 USD
    Maximum: $130,000.00 USD
